Pack Your Items
Place your unworn footwear back into its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the delivery note is included inside the box.
Create a Return Label
Visit our online returns portal to generate your prepaid shipping label or QR code, which will be sent directly to your registered email address.
Drop Off Your Parcel
Take your package to any authorized drop-off point or local post office, making sure to keep your proof of postage receipt until your refund is processed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 working days.
